  • Includes limited sync rights (YouTube, online videos, podcasts)

• Distribution Limit: 10,000 copies

C. UNLIMITED LEASE – $100.00

D. EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS – $150.00

• Rights Granted:

  • Exclusive usage – beat is removed from store

  • Unlimited use across all media

  • Full sync licensing included (TV, film, ads, games, trailers, etc.)

• Distribution Limit: Unlimited

• Credit: Optional but appreciated

• Monetization: Full rights

• YouTube Content ID: Licensee may register (upon request)

📜 SYNC LICENSING TERMS

By obtaining a license that includes sync rights, the Licensee is allowed to:

• Use the beat in audiovisual content such as:

  • YouTube videos

  • Commercials

  • Films

  • Video games

  • Podcasts

• Use the beat for promotional or monetized content across platforms (YouTube, Vimeo, Instagram, etc.), based on the license type.

• Licensor retains composition ownership unless exclusive rights are purchased.

⚖️ GENERAL TERMS

• Ownership: Licensor retains full rights to all beats unless exclusive rights are granted.

• Refunds: All purchases are final. No refunds.

• Modifications: Licensee may edit the beat to fit their project but may not resell it.

• Transferability: License cannot be resold, shared, or transferred.

• Violations: Any misuse or breach will void the license and may result in legal action.
